What elements should a good home page contain?

The Home page is the most important part of the website, thanks to which we know what the goal is. It consists of many elements that are designed to provide the user with the necessary functionalities and meet their expectations. They change depending on the nature of the page and needs, but many of them are considered key tools in the functioning of the page.

    Navigation
Even the most substantive pages without a decent menu will be a nuisance to users. Navigation serves the function of dividing the content into sections and thanks to the introduction of order, the potential customer does not get lost in the flood of information. The exception are “One-Page” type pages, where there is actually one Home page, but individual topics are clearly separated by section headings and block colors.

    CTA buttons
The customer has absorbed a lot of information but is looking for actions, i.e. elements that will force them to take the desired action. It is worth providing the presented offer with a button, “Contact us” or “Call for an offer”. Depending on the strategy of the page, it should contain key calls to action.

Who we are and what is our goal
The Home Page should contain key information to retain users for longer. If you run a business, be sure to write about your business, the company’s goal, and what you can offer your customers. This is the time to stimulate your marketing sense.

    Social Media
No matter what business you run or what website you have, placing icons or even large widgets will help your website. Customers often check whether a given company exists on Facebook, whether it runs LinkedIn, or other social media.

    Image or Slider
Not only navigation and menus make customers know how to navigate your website. An image attracts attention, which is why most websites these days have well-chosen offers in the form of a slider and a call-to-action button. A simple procedure that brings us closer to implementing a previously thought-out strategy.
