How to Quickly Produce Graphics for Publication

    Guides

When publishing attractive content, we often forget how important it is to choose the right photos. If we commission a graphic designer to do the work, our problem is effectively solved. But what if we have to find a photo or create a graphic ourselves? Several useful tools come to the rescue, which will quickly and efficiently solve our problems.

    Free photo banks
The easiest way to make our posts more attractive is to use photos available on free photo websites. Some portals require registration or providing information about the author of the photo, but in many places this is not required. The most popular of them are:

    • Pixabay
    • Usplash
    • Pexelsb
    • Rawpixel
    • Freepik
    • Vecteezy

    Graphics Editors
Professional graphics programs no longer dominate the market. Increasingly, ordinary users use semi-ready solutions provided by browser-based graphic editors. There are many templates to choose from for every possible occasion and purpose. One of the most popular is Canva, but there are several alternatives:

    • Crello
    • Snappa
    • Stencil
    • DesignBold

    Photopea
Online application that supports PSD, XCF, CDR files. A significant advantage is working on layers and a cloned interface from Photoshop, which we already know very well. You can also edit existing files of your projects from Photoshop or Corel. Photopea is a free editor and you can use this tool without any worries. All you need is an artistic sense, a bit of knowledge of trends and you can create beautiful graphics at a low cost.
