Landing page design
The process of building a landing page is virtually identical in every case. Depending on the specific industry, only dedicated solutions specific to a given market segment will be available. The key challenge is presenting relevant information on a single page that resonates with the recipient.
1. Goals and needs analysis
- We defined the goals of the website (e.g., booking a consultation, educating patients, building a personal brand).
- We identified the target group, including the specific information needs of patients
- We learned the secrets of specialization and the unique features of a neurosurgeon’s work (e.g. specific surgical techniques, rare cases).
2. Collecting content and materials
- We have prepared a biography of the doctor, a description of the procedures and the scope of services
- We received patient recommendations, certificates, and photo content (e.g., from the operating room or a conference). We also always ask for patient testimonials in the form of videos expressing positive opinions about the doctor.
- We have developed a communication language that is professional, but understandable to the patient.
3. UX mockup, page structure and graphic design (UI)
- We have developed a clickable wireframe design, taking into account:
- a clear user path (e.g. from meeting the doctor to registering),
- educational section (e.g. frequently asked questions, infographics),
- a clear CTA (e.g. “Schedule a consultation”).
- We have optimized the mockup for mobile devices

Implementation
The implementation process for a landing page takes no longer than 5 business days from the moment we receive all materials from the client. The work schedule is as follows:
- We spend 2 days on design work,
- Development work takes 2-3 days,
- 2 – 4 hours for testing by QA tester before release
Project management and progress monitoring is done using the Monday.com platform, which makes it easy and helps organize information.

SEO and preparation
for promotion
A landing page always requires some preparation for the activities being undertaken. In collaboration with the client’s chosen performance agency, we conduct the necessary preparatory work.
- Optimizing headlines, metadata, and content for search terms
- Integration with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Google Search Console
- Configuration of contact forms or an online registration system
