Within a period of a couple of years, the revenue of this initially small e-Commerce platform increased to several million zlotys and over 10 000 products.
Graphic design:
The branding of the shop was based on the French visual identity of a chain of stationary car service points. During over 5 years of its career, it evolved both visually and functionally.
Technology:
A PHP-based dedicated solution with the e-Commerce engine created from the scratch.
Functionalities:
– the advanced tyre finder on the rebuilt home page
– the integration of product inventories with the internal ERP system (information exchange once a day)
– the product cross-promotion system
– the implementation of marketing automation solutions (freshmail, salesmenago)
– the integration of the sales service process with the internal ERP system (including information about dates of collection, installation and shipments)
– the implementation of payment and opinion-giving systems
